You get a fixed quote
If something needs fixing, you get a fixed price before any work starts. You decide. No hourly meter, no surprises.
We fix it and keep it running
We do the work for the quoted price and explain it in plain language. Want ongoing help? An optional retainer keeps things running. Your service history stays on file either way.
On-site or remote
Hardware, wiring, and anything that needs hands gets an on-site visit. Software, accounts, and most troubleshooting can be done remotely, usually faster and cheaper. You choose when you request service, and we'll tell you if the other option makes more sense.
